Automatic dimensions
We draw a clean 2D floor plan with every measurement from the parametric model. No guesswork.
Grab your iPhone, stroll through the place like a tourist, and two minutes later you have a floor plan, areas, a 3D model and photo documentation. The surveyor can take a hike.

You measure the room, sketch on a receipt, forget half the dimensions and it still doesn't add up.
Expensive, slow, booked out three weeks ahead — and overkill for a rough renovation plan.
Walk the room, LiDAR does the rest. Floor plan, dimensions, 3D and photos in one package.
Walk through the space with your iPhone. RoomPlan catches walls, doors, windows and dimensions in real time. Multiple rooms get stitched into a whole floor.
Pin photos, notes and tags to the model — "damp here", "load-bearing wall?", "replace this window". You get a property passport with everything in one place.
A 2D floor plan with dimension lines, floor and wall areas, material swatches. Export PDF, USDZ and JSON and hand it to your architect or builder.

Floors, walls, perimeters, ceiling height. It adds itself up — and it's good enough for tilers and painters alike.
View the house in 3D / AR and send it to anyone. Opens even without our app.
Every photo is anchored to a wall or a point. A year later you'll still know what's behind that drywall.
No server, no account. Everything stays on your phone. We know nothing about your house.
A package your architect, your builder — and you in five years — will all understand.
The scanning magic comes from LiDAR, which really only iPhone/iPad Pro have. So we won't pretend it runs full-power on any old device.
No subscription, no credits, no "premium" nagging. Pay and measure.

The output is indicative — for planning and visualization. It is not a geodetic survey for building authorities. For an official stamp, still call a licensed surveyor.
No. An iPhone or iPad is enough — ideally a Pro with LiDAR (for accuracy and speed). No expensive 3D scanner, no tripod, no surveyor.
Not to the millimetre — but for orientation, layout planning, tiling areas and design visualization it's plenty. For official documentation, get a geodetic survey.
On your phone. PÁSEK is local-first — no account, no server of ours. When you want to share data, you export a package and send it yourself.
A full LiDAR scan isn't realistically possible on Android yet — the vast majority of phones lack the hardware. The Android version will come as a companion: manual floor-plan sketching, photo documentation and viewing packages from an iPhone.
Seriously. One purchase, yours forever, shared via Family Sharing. We hate monthly bleed-outs as much as you do.
PÁSEK runs a TestFlight beta and your input carries weight — what's missing, what's acting up, what you'd change. Feel free to attach a screenshot. We write back; we're not a robot.
